I did my PhD in Computer Music at Plymouth University where I used artificial intelligence to simulate musical style evolution in virtual worlds. I am currently a

• Fellow of the Higher Education Academy,
• Visiting Research Fellow at the ICCMR (Interdisciplinary Centre for Computer Music Research),
• Associate Lecturer in Music Technology and Music Psychology at Plymouth University and a
• Research Fellow at the 3D3 Centre for Doctoral Training.
